Extremely Helpful
This is the best pump and plumbing shop I’ve found in the city, and has been for the almost 30 years I’ve been going there.

Shane is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Based on a water report and some basic facts, somewhat recently he designed a complete system in a day. It’s been working perfectly for a few years now. It’s nice to see companies develop, train, or just hire staff at expert levels, and pay them enough to keep them there, I’m presuming that but I’ve seen many of the same people, and now see them hiring younger staff to work and learn from the experienced staff. Sounds basic, but now a days it’s a lost art, and companies end up with homedepot type employees that give bad advice, which ends up costing customers.

Nothing but an excellent experience to deal with Jeff MacMillan. I sent an email from the contact us section in their website and had a response within an hour. Sent pics of the pump I needed for my hottub and recieved a reply within 10 minutes and he had the exact pump I needed. Very easy to deal with. Excellent Service
I've been going to these guys for 8 years now for my hot tub needs. They have fair pricing and excellent service. From chemicals to filters it really seems like they have it all.
